Third Year Students visit Stryker, Carrigtwohill.
What a Superb Science Week!
It was a busy week at St. Aloysius College as our Science Teachers had lots planned for both students and staff. From photography competitions to hidden scientists treasure hunts - it was certainly a week to remember.
3rd year students enjoyed a trip to Stryker Carrigtwohill where they received a tour of the plant and a workshop on four main focus areas of Stryker. The WISE network then visited the BT Young Scientist to listen to their project plans. Challenging and probing questions were posed but our students handled them so well.

Science Week 2024 drew to a close on Friday with a Special Science Club where our students sent Tea bags flying 🚀.
Science Club takes place every Friday at lunchtime in Lab 8 and new members are always welcome.
