Le Chéile Day 2025
This years’ Le Cheile Day theme was emphasising kindness. As part of our Le Cheile celebrations at St. Aloysius’ College;
🌟 We started with a hot chocolate party in the morning during breakfast club.
🌟 Janet from Trocaire delivered a wonderful workshop on climate change, equality and woman’s rights in third world countries to tie into International Women’s Day.
🌟 Alita from YSVP came and delivered a workshop to our 5th years poverty and equality in Ireland, and all the great work that SVP does in Carrigtwohill and around the country.
🌟 1st years wrote anonymous notes of kindness to their classmates in RE classes.
🌟 All years groups carried out random acts of kindness throughout the day!
Thank you Ms. O’Leary for organising a great day, and all students and staff for spreading kindness everyday at St. Al’s.
