3rd Year History Trip

It was an early start for our 3rd Year students as they left for Dublin on their History trip this morning. First stop was Croke Park to tour the grounds and learn about the 140 years of history within the GAA.

Students then travelled to Glasnevin cemetery for a guided tour and visited the graves of famous Irish figures from history such as Countess Markievicz, Éamon de Valera, Charles Stewart Parnell, and Michael Collins. The group also had the opportunity to explore Daniel O’Connell’s crypt!

Thank you to our History department for organising.
